01How it's made
It begins with raw hides — dyed and left as wet skins, the very first step in becoming leather.
Each hide is passed through the shaving machine, levelled to an even thickness for a flawless finish.
In the spray plant the leather is finished by hand — sealed, coloured and conditioned to the perfect feel.
The finished hide is trimmed and every panel is cut from the master pattern, matching grain across the piece.
In our stitching hall, skilled artisans join every panel — seams built to last a lifetime, one at a time.
Pressed, checked and finished — a complete Chamois jacket, ready to be worn for decades.
